Martin Tengler is BloombergNEF’s Head of Hydrogen Research. Before moving to Prague in January 2023, he spent eight years in Tokyo.
Prior to joining Bloomberg, Martin co-founded Dendra Systems, a company that helps restore nature using drones and other cutting-edge technology. He holds an MA in Economics from Tokyo University and an MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy from Oxford University.

Manuelle Dupuy is the Deputy Managing Director of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region in charge of environment, europe, international, local life and safety. Previously, she worked for the French State civil service in the field of regional development and ecological transition.
Abel Enríquez
Head of EU Affairs and Organisations at Enagás
Based in Brussels for more than 14 years, Abel Enríquez is Head of EU Affairs and Organisations at Enagás, the leading gas infrastructure operator for transmission, LNG regasification and storage in Spain. Abel has more than 20 years of experience on EU affairs, lobbying, public affairs, energy policy and, gas/hydrogen sector regulation. He is co-chair of the Roundtable for Transmission and Distribution of Clean Hydrogen within the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance, and an active member in multiple European organisations, with currently Board membership responsibilities in two of them. Previous positions for Abel include being Secretary General for a three-year period at Gas Infrastructure Europe (GIE), and other professional experiences in other sectors within international companies
Andreas Löffler
Director in KfW IPEX-Bank’s infrastructure department
Andreas Löffler acts as Director in KfW IPEX-Bank’s infrastructure department. He focuses on energy infrastructure and has 17 years of commercial banking experience. During this time, he has arranged and closed numerous large-scale corporate and project finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector across the globe, including deals in hydrogen production, pipelines, tank terminals, LNG, fertilizers and refinery / petrochemical. He is one of three co-chairs of the Roundtable for Transmission and Distribution within the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance and a regular speaker at panels and webinars that relate to hydrogen.
Jacob Ruiter
CEO at EIT InnoEnergy Benelux
Jacob is CEO at EIT InnoEnergy Benelux and one of the founders of the European Green Hydrogen Acceleration Center. Previously, he has held positions in a variety of energy-related companies like DNV-GL, Essent, Schlumberger and Grant Prideco.
Maria Belarmina Díaz Aguado
General Director of Energy and Mining of the Asturias Region
Maria Belarmina Díaz Aguado is the General Director of Energy and Mining of the Asturias Region. She is president of FUNDOMA and of the Regional Mining Safety Commission and member of the Board of Asturias Energy Fundation and Barredo Foundation. Previously, she worked as a researcher and teacher in the University of Oviedo, with numerous publications in specialized, scientific journals and presentations at conferences, and as a reviewer of international scientific journals and evaluator of projects in European funds programs
Panos Panousos
Energy Transition Senior Manager of DESFA
Panos is the Energy Transition Senior Manager of DESFA, the Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator, responsible for the strategy towards renewable and low carbon gases, in line with the EU decarbonisation targets. He is currently leading the company’s projects for the introduction of renewable gases in the transportation system and the development of the hydrogen backbone in Greece. He has worked as a member of the national committee for the development of the hydrogen strategy.
Adithya Bhashyam
EMEA hydrogen analyst at BloombergNEF
Adithya is the EMEA hydrogen analyst at BloombergNEF, covering policy developments in the region and the development of clean hydrogen supply globally. Some of his recent work includes analysis of the upcoming European Hydrogen Bank auctions, Germany’s updated hydrogen strategy and a global levelized cost of hydrogen update. He holds a MSc in Climate Change, Management and Finance from Imperial College London and a BSc in Ecological and Environmental Sciences with Management from University of Edinburgh.
Philipp Offenberg
Senior Manager, Europe, Breakthrough Energy
Philipp Offenberg has spent several years building up expertise in the field of energy, climate action, and sustainability, while working in high-level public policy positions. He serves as Senior Manager on the Breakthrough Energy Europe team, having joined the team in January 2020 and is based in Brussels. Philipp is responsible for BE Europe’s EU-level policy engagement and Germany strategy. Between 2016-2019, Philipp worked as an Advisor on energy and climate policy in the strategy department of former European Commission President, Jean-Claude Juncker. Prior to that he was a Research Associate at both the King’s College London and at the Jacques Delors Institute Berlin. He also worked at the consulting firm Accenture, on the Utilities and Resources team.
Constantine Levoyannis
Head of EU Affairs at Nel Hydrogen
Constantine Levoyannis is Head of EU Affairs at Nel Hydrogen. Nel is a pure play hydrogen technology company with manufacturing facilities in Europe and the United States of America. Constantine has wide experience in the energy sector and the developing hydrogen value chain having worked for Hydrogen Europe as Chief Policy Officer and French gas infrastructure company GRTgaz as EU Public Affairs & Communications Director. Prior to that, he worked as a Director at FTI Consulting, advising clients across the energy industry and the transport sector.
Laura Buffet
Energy Director, Transport & Environment (T&E)
Laura directs the energy campaigns of T&E and focuses on making European transport fuels policy more sustainable, moving away from oil towards better advanced alternatives, especially renewable electricity, green hydrogen and e-fuels. She has worked extensively on campaigns around the Renewable Energy Directive and the Fuel Quality Directive, as well as the EU delegated act that labelled palm oil diesel unsustainable. Laura joined T&E in 2013, after two years working as a parliamentary assistant in the European Parliament.
Maxime Peeters
Program Manager Hydrogen at Port of Antwerp-Bruges
Maxime Peeters currently works as Program Manager Hydrogen at Port of Antwerp-Bruges. Today he coordinates and leads the hydrogen developments of the Port Authority. The Port merged in April 2022 and strenghtened its position as one of the leading energy and chemical hubs in Europe. The hydrogen strategy and projects focus on the full value chain from import, local supply, infrastructure as well as offtake in Belgium and the hinterland. Through strong partnerships with public and commercial stakeholders in Belgium and internationally the Port of Antwerp-Bruges wants to take a pioneering role in the hydrogen economy role out.
David Berman
Head of EU Public Affairs at Air Liquide
David Berman is -since 2020- Head of EU Public Affairs at Air Liquide, a world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health and a pioneer in Hydrogen for 60 years. Prior to that, David worked as Head of Group Public Affairs for a global leader in the environment sector, water management and circular economy.

CEO of Cleantech Estonia
Kädi Ristkok is the CEO of Cleantech Estonia, the industry association uniting, supporting and representing cleantech actors in Estonia and the Baltics. Cleantech Estonia is focused on supporting cleantech developers, adopters and investors in their growth, public and government relations, networking and visibility. Building on her experience as a management consultant and a public sector manager, Kädi is bringing the private and public sector closer together.
Erika Mink-Zaghloul

Erika is part of the CEO’s leadership team, where she leads the group’s function on government relations and stakeholder engagement with a main focus on industrial decarbonisation and transition. She brings deep expertise in business strategy, public policy, and regulation and has a long track record in driving forward positive change and impact. Prior to joining thyssenkrupp Steel, Erika held the position of Global Vice President Public Affairs at Tetra Pak Group and various corporate leadership positions related to sustainability and advocacy for more than 20 years. Before, Erika has worked for over a decade at Lahmeyer International Consulting Engineers and Environment Resources Management Europe developing and directing international cooperation programmes on sustainability, industrial environmental protection, clean technologies and infrastructure. She holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering and industrial hygiene from the University of Applied Sciences, Giessen, Germany, and studied Civil Engineering at the University of Maryland, USA. Erika is scholar of the Hans-Böckler Foundation.
